I bought Telkom airtime from CNA in N1 city this morning and when I got home the voucher said invalid. I phoned CNA and they then told me I was given Telkom mobile airtime instead of landline. I spoke to the lady that helped me and she said I have to phone Telkom because they only sell airtime on behalf of the supplier and she wont have time to sort it out because she has to leave work at 18:00. I said I refuse to sort this out from my cell phone and she then asked for my contact details and she will phone me by 18:00. When I phoned at 18:10 I was told that they all left. Upon asking around in the shop Renee eventually told me that they cant phone customers back on their cell phones they can only call landlines! But why not ask me specifically which airtime I want? Why assume? And why not ask for my landline details? There's nothing more frustrating for a customer that doesn't live in the area or even close to N1 city mall to be told to come back to a crowded mall where finding parking is impossible!! But even worse when u are waiting for a call because you were promised one!!
