I have been battling with telkom to resolve a issue, I wan to migrate my line to another provider but seems its so hard to do with Telkom. 1st i cancelled the broadband with them, one month no charge but seems after that month they still charging me for it and I am not using it and i cancelled it. Go into a telkom store, assistance is terrible as they say they can't cancle or change anything i need to call the help line. Call the help line, they say i need to go into to a store and cancel, where are they finding these staff members. Finally through the help line again i speak to an person name Sheema, say i must email them requesting to have the service cancelled, email address [Email Removed] email on the 18/05/2013 at 13:pm, still no word from them till today and still paying for a service i asked to cancel. All i want to do is migrate my line and services to another ISP, why is the customer service in South Africa so bad.
