HORRIBLE SERVICE - SNR MANAGERS HIDE FROM CLIENTS!

My cell contract was upgraded on 26/9/2013. On 19/11, almost TWO MONTHS later, my simcard has NOT YET BEEN ACTIVATED!!! I have sent 3 or 4 e-mails to autopage's service??? dept. The last reply I got was on 14/11, promising that the card will be activated within a max of 24 hours. It is now 116 hours later and it has not yet been activated!!!
I have made 4 calls to autopage's client retention??? dept. I have spoken to Diteboho, Mnungisi, Thapelo, Keledagile, Sandra and twice to Klaas. They would not transfer me to anybody who has decision making authority. All I got was an sms, ref A1311181421 - only another promise. Maybe I am to impatient, but 27 hours later NO RESPONSE YET!!!
Why are their senior people HIDING FROM THEIR CLIENTS???
I am sure that autopage will not respond. MAYBE ONLY another promise for response within 24 hours (days, weeks, months or years???)
All I want is for autopage to cancel the upgrade, collect the phone they sent and advise me of the date that my existing number can be parked, so that I can GET RID of them once and for all!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - STAY AWAY FROM autopage!!!
I am also going to report this to as many news papers as possible!!
