Incompetence fom repairs and staff

I took my phone in for repairs on the 22 Nov 2013, i wsa advised that turnaround time is 10 days, 21 days went past, when I went there, no one had the phone, apparently it was not picked up from repairs. a month later, still going to check my phone was not there. 2 months down the line, I request for the manager (Jaccob) to sort it out, he says he will get back to me. I had to call the manager everyday to findout feedback from repairs. ohk, finally I get my fone, I ask if I am not getting any discount because I paid for 2months for a contract fone which i did not have, he said he doubts they will give me discount, according to MTN policy, because I used the simcard on another fone. fine, 24 jan 2014 i receive the fone in a box, when I get home to my suprise there is no battery in the fone. I call the manager again on mon 27/01/14, he says he is training, call himm tues, says he is in a meeting, will get back to me. it's wed still no call from the manager. I have to run around with my airtime, my time just to get the service I pay for. then staff and manager reluctant to assist. I am very disappointed in MTN.
