WEBSITE DOWN FOR OVER A WEEK

Last week Monday one of my clients websites went down, for no apparent reason. Now I have always been a huge fan of Afrihost service, adn told my client to host their new website through them which they did no questions asked. It really starts to make me look bad when my clients website was down for over 9 days because of terrible service from Afrihost. I spoke to about 12 different people everyday over the last 9 days trying to get the website sorted out, as everyone knows most businesses generate alot of their business from their websites. The first person told me everything was gone from the database and I would have to recreate the website again. That is not acceptable I dug a little deeper and found the ftp the whole website was there as well as backups in my c-panel I phoned back and explained my situation and then 2 technical guys were working on it and never got feedback. We played cat and mouse for a further 7 days till eventually my client got on the phone with Afrihost yesterday afternoon and explained what happened not 5 minutes later was the website back up and running. It was as simple as importing one of the backups on their side. I am beyond frustrated.
