PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I HAVE REPORTED MORE THAN A WEEK AGO THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY DSL LINE. I HAVE A 4MB LINE, BUT ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO 0.8MB DOWNLOAD SPEED. THIS ALL HAPPENED AFTER A LIGHTNING STORM WE HAD. I REPORTED THIS TO TELKOM AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS THEIR EXCHANGE THAT WAS DOWN. MORE THAN A WEEK LATER THE LINE SPEED IS STILL SLOW AND I HAVE REPORTED THIS FAULT SEVERAL TIMES, ALSO SPENT MORE THAN 6 HOURS ON THE PHONE TO BE ONLY DISSAPOINTED. THE TECHNICIAN WAS MENT TO COME OUT TODAY AND CALL ME BEFORE HE CAME OUT TO MUY HOME, AS I REQUESTED. ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT NO EFFORD WAS MADE IN THIS REGARD. I SPEND ANOTHER 40 MIN ON THE PHONE TODAY TO YET ANOTHER EMPTY PROMISE. I TRUELY FEEL THAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR A 4MB DOWNLOAD SPEED AND DO NOT DESERVE TO BE PAYING FOR POOR SERVICE LIKE THIS. I HAVE EVEN RECORDED LATENCY OF 1530MS, SERIOUSLY??? FOR DSL??? PATHETIC PATHETIC
