I have been paying for a 1meg telkom line and im not getting the service as advertised!!! i Reported the problem the 5th of December 2012 (1069CRK051212 Slow Access Open Wed Dec 05 17:03:48 SAST 2012) and nothing has been done regarding this!!! i phone in every month now and all response im getiing is that the fault has been logged but they dont know when they gona fixed it... in the mean time im paying for a service that im not getting!!
This is my latest speed test results!!! the speed of a dailup modem!!!

Download Speed: 46 kbps (7 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 420 kbps (52.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 26 ms
