My ads line has been giving me problems for about 2 months ever since Telekom upgraded from 2 to 4 megs. I have reported it about 5 times and they send out technicians in about a week, they don't let you know they are coming you just get a phone call when they are outside because normal people never leave their homes they are just waiting for Telkom to arrive. The first time I got a message telling me that they were looking at the line and it went dead! Then I had to call again and wait a couple of days to get it reconnected. But my original problem was still their so I had to call again! Took over a week to get someone out again they said they have a national problem and I should just give it a week! So I guess I need to call again just to have towait a week again to try sort out a problem I reported 2 mths ago, but I'm still paying for as service I can't use.
