Phone Line Dead Over a Week Now

On the 8th of January I reported my phone line, it was not working and my Internet line was below the speeds I was paying for. it has been a week and I phone 5 times. Everyday a different story and nothing happens. Nobody has a clue what is going on. One lady said they will be coming the next day, and when I phone the next day that info miraculously disappeared from the system. Today, the 17th, I phoned to submit a complaint. I am so tired of this service. I have only had problems with Telkom. If this goes on like this they can consider the contract cancelled, because this is contract break.
