R2500 bill an a brand new phone??

I cannot make calls from my new phone as I reached my credit limit of R2500 which I did not set with this phone. I called for help and sorry to hear there is nothing to be done. I do not ever have R2500 for a cellphone bill. Aparently I used psd calls and therefor I do not have usage on my phone. My normal bill is R600 with facebook etc. Know one ever explained to me this can happen. Nothing. Here is a new phone, enjoy and pay! I want this RESOLVED before the 20th as I am not paying for something that was not expained to me, my expectations was not guided here. This is. Cancel the contract, take the phone, I am finished with this abuse.
