Terrible service

A month ago I gave my phone in for repairs then they called me to come and get it when I got there my phone wasn't repaired so I booked it in again they told me that I will have my phone within a week if they put a high importance notice on it I still do not have my phone and they told me that they will call the repair centre and phone me but that never happened. Today I talked to the manager and she cant do anything nor say something to put you at ease she does not want to do anything to help the customer she only makes excuses I need a number of a person that CAN and WILL help me I need my phone and will not be without it for another day! they will see me tomorrow and I will leave with a phone I don't care what they have to do!!! It's pathetic that no one in a cell c store can help you!!!
