Poor service as usual

I've not had ADSL service for almost a week, logged a call but no response. I was kept on hold for about 15mins, my son was kept on hold for 30 mins. As stated on the escalation on the website, I've started an online coarse last Monday and this requires access to the internet to research etc. because I have to submit assignments every Monday. Can someone senior please contact me and advise me what is going on? Please also advise if I'm going to be charged the full amount at the end of the month?
