Dishonesty

I booked in my phone for repairs at Bayside in November 2013. They then sent the phone to tygervalley store. What then happened, after instructing the people to backup my phone. they forgot to do it. I then got irate with you and you promised me a R400 discount. Up to now I have received no compensation for your peoples incompetence. I tried calling janine about two weeks ago to ask her about it. She said she would get back to me. Up to now I am still waiting on her call. Vodacom is employing incompetent people who are completely dropping there name as the leading service provider in SA. Get your house in order. I am on the verge of blasting you on all social networks as well as argus action.
