The day I I signed up for ADSL the problems began:
The forms we fill in are outdated, wrong speeds etc, but we HAVE to sign it saying information is correct!
Technician doesn't rock up. Next time technician comes too late to do the job, Supervisor couldn't even get hold of technician. Getting told I reached my limit, finding discrepancies on charges, which didn't get resolved. My line being cut. Long calls on hold and finally getting disconnected.

Now I have an issue with paying the full months ISP charges when it was only activated mid month. No one took the time to explain to me I would be charged for a full month. The only explanation I get is that Telkom can't gauge how much bandwidth I will use so they cant Pro Rata, what is the training level of your staff, I have an Uncapped package, the bandwidth usage really is irrelevant. What is relevant is that you charged me for an extra /- 12 days of which I did not have access to the internet.

I get this rudely worded SMS to me. "The internet was created on 06/05/2013 how can we prorata the month of may while it was created at the beginning of the month"

Your billing is from 23/24th that's 12 days into your billing month!
