Vodacom
No delivery after two days!!!

I called the online ordering service for Vodacom where they say that when your order is confirmed before 12:00 you receive your phone the next day but that is not the case. I ordered and confirmed my order on Tuesday the 18 June 2012 and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it wasnt. Today when i called trying to track where my parcel was I was shocked to find that RAM only received a notification of my parcel today the 20 June 2013 of which that means i will only get my phone tomorrow or monday. I would like to know why is Vodacom misleading their clients in saying that ORDER ONLINE TODAY AND GET YOUR PHONE TOMORROW. This is false advertising and lying to customers. I've been a Vodacom customer for years now and I'M SO SO SO DISAPPOINTED OF THE SERVICE VODACOM IS GIVING ME AS THEIR CUSTOMER.
