Vodacom
STILL waiting for order with no updates

I placed and order with vodacom for a 2GB data sim and router (R205). I received a confirmation sms on 26/06/2013 saying my application has been approved. No one told me that Vodacom doesnt have stock, so I waited till Friday and nothing was delivered. I phoned the call center, speaking to about 6 different people that couldn't help me nor phone me back with an update, so terrible service for one and secondly not informing me that there's no stock, and thirdly not keeping a customer up to date of what's happening, why the delay??!!?? I phoned in on friday 28/06/2013 and again today 01/07/2013 with no luck!

Please can someone tell me WHEN vodacom will have stock and WHEN I can expect it to be delivered or just cancel the order.
