I am really disappointed with the kind of service l am receiving or have received from the N1 city branch as it seems no one wants to come to the park and play ball, owe up and just tell me the truth whats happening to my tv deal l applied in December after also having to go up and down for what, l am a paying customer close to R2000 a month. Thanks to the consultant l spoke to today who gave me Bright points number to find out if an order was placed through only to find out NONE HAD BEEN PLACED IN MY NAME .I am really really seething as l write this because i have been told stories after stories, that they closed early in holiday times and mtn was not informed, it was going to take at least 14 days, some one was going to get back at me and how many times l have left my number At one time l was told to wait for the manager only later to be told they where going to get back to me. Must l continue to pay for a half baked pie honestly l have been patient enough. I am in the service industry and l know what it feels like to deal with customers just the truth& this Leeroy character is full of theatrics. I am really considering to cancel this incomplete contract disappointed disappointed
