Its been over a month since toyota kempton park took my car, the driver's seat broke and we took it in and it was also due for a service, a month later i still dnt have a car, no one ever calls you telling you what is happening, i am so fed up with toyota and so disappointed, i asked for a courtesy car and was told they only give out cars if its over 15 days so 15 days passed and still more stories were told, i have no car, been stranded and no one ever calls to update, whats the point of having a service manager if they are not doing their job, is my car not big enough business for them to take care of me, and they are still going to expect me to pay after this service, i am really disappointed, i have always serviced my car with this garage but this time they have really pushed me too far and treated me like i am crazy, pathetic service
