Almost 3 weeks and still nothing!

On the 19th of March at 11h30 I contacted your Cell C on 084-145. I applied for a new contract and was informed on the day that it's been approved and will have my new phone within 7 working days.

Nothing as yes so I have tried option 2 several times (and by several I mean about 15 times over several days) on this number but not once has anyone answered. I eventually decided to just ask your new contracts who advised me no order has been placed.

I used your facebook page and asked for assistance there, as no one seemed could help me. This is their response on the 27th of March "As per feedback, your application has been approved and an order will be placed. We will update you accordingly and apologise for any inconvenience caused." Why is an order only placed 8 days after I did the deal already.

Yesterday I again had to use your new contracts number to get an answer and I was informed to phone today to get a tracking number. I phoned again today (option 2 no one still answering) and again spoke to your new contracts just to try and get information. Was informed now that NO order has been placed yet and there is stock!

Deliver my phone or cancel the deal!
