MTN started RIPPING me OFF from August Last year

MTN started RIPPING me OFF from AUGUST LAST YEAR

I have been a client of MTN since 1994, that is a whopping 20 years... with a bill of between R2000 plus a month, some months averaging at R1600 odd...

Then in August last year MTN started ripping me off... with bills of R6500 per month, R4500 per month, even a whopper of R19, 000 whilst in NY for a few days...

Well I have been calling all over and been bounced from pillar to post, customer service says speak to retentions, retentions says speak to accounts and it is 20min here and more time there and they almost just wear you down to continue being!

I have 8 contracts with CELL C (previously with MTN and they cost me cumulatively just over R3000 a month, these guys at MTN on a single account are ripping me off R6500 per month, all the cell C accounts have DATA, it is just MTN that have all of a sudden started ripping us LOYAL 20 YEAR Customers off...

BEWARE and AVOID MTN at all costs
