FNB Ripping people off

I have been using FNB for years, when I view my statement I get lots of deduction which I am not even sure what are they for, Value added service about R9.18, Service fee R12.50, monthly fee R100.00. when I deposit money using ATM I get charge R101.70 other day R10.50 what is all that? If I can calculate for a year all these small amounts you deduct from FNB customers you guys are rich!!!

You guys cancelled the service of the clients to come in and fill the deposit slips, was that the plan of ripping us off? I draw money from FNB ATM and be charged R18.50, what are the other service I paid for if really I will have to pay these amounts every month? and I get charge payment notification via email separate again, Is it time to change the bank maybe?
