Complete rip off and daylight!

It is absolutely ludicrous that someone living in the year 2013 must pay close to R2000/month for Internet usage! Obviously this is how your company makes money, by completely ripping people off and not informing them of better deals that you have. Why would you when it suits your pocket just fine! I am beyond livid that you could exploit your customers like this! For over 2 years my parents have been paying R200 for their wireless subscription which one would think is a set rate. I then used their internet and received a bill for almost R2000! When I phoned to complain I was told my parents are on a 350MB package at R209/month thereafter 38c for every MB! They obviously never met their cap as they are not on the internet often but surely when I used it I should've been informed somehow that I reached my cap and asked whether I wanted to proceed with the above amounts!! I mean on your site you have a deal of R79/month for 5G and here you are ripping us off knowing very well that a R2000 bill is unheard of in this day and age! How could no one inform us of a better deal than the complete rip off of 350MBS at R209! Complete daylight! Utterly disgusted!
