Vodacom Data - a rip off

Vodacom are in the business of ripping people off, when it comes to going over your data bundle.
I have 3 data contracts with Vodacom. 2 x 2gig (these lines are open) and 1x1gig (a top up).
Last month my went over by R800, So i called the contact centre and told them to cap both the lines.
To which i was told that they could only cap it to R50 and R100. I was then told that the cap was not guaranteed.
To which i said ok, oblivously because i had no choice. So this month my my cap went over again. This time by R500. This really me off because with the 1gig, they immediately cut u off. So why can't they cut on the open line. I think that Vodacom make it this way, so they can make more money ripping off people.
The thing is that Cellc and Mtn have much cheaper bundle rates. 15cents and 30 cents.

With this i dont see myself taking anymore contracts with Vodacom. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
