Triple-charged and Broken Promises

I was triple-charged my usual bill in December - and my track record is available for 14 years of service. I have reported the error, and have been promised communication which never materialised. This is unacceptable. I don't want another bill for R2000, MTN! I will place a report here, and on Twitter, every week for the rest of the year until this is resolved. I hope that others join me in demanding accountability from this uncaring multi-national. And that means leaving a message, with contact details, if I'm unavailable when you call.
