My normal MTN data bill is 150 but my household must of gone over its monthly allowance so it spiked the bill to 371.79 and not knowing this at the time as mtn never sends bill on time. i was then charged on the 01/01/14 and there was not enough funds to cover the unexpected bill i understand i need to pay a penalty but why on name would you first charge 120 for a HONOURING FEE then after on the 06/01/14 charge me for 115 for a unpaid debit for the same debit .why is it so high as Capitec charges 4.00 your service is defiantly not more superior than theres i want the money back and i want to be charged a reasonable penalty otherwise i will leave one complaint on twitter facebook hello perter and whatever other platform i can find every day till the issue is resolved the way you guys are doing at the moment i don't think you guys can afford to lose any more customers, my request is not unreasonable why if i didn't have money in my account in the first place would you charge me penalties to the value of the original debit!!! i was promised a call back from a girl in claremont branch but gues what guys she never did.
