Credit check done without consent

I was called yesterday from (021) 0030110 to check if I wanted to upgrade one of my contracts. I informed the consultant that I will be cancelling my contract. This morning I get a mail from transunion showing that a credit check was done. Upon checking I see it was Cellc. I DID NOT GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO DO THIS CHECK...
