Credit Check without consent

To whom it may concern. A credit check was done on me without my verbal and/or written consent. He did this through his employer. He tried to utilize the report he obtained in the High Court. I am aware that they do use an electronic system to do credit checks via Transunion and EMPS on people they consider employing. What is really further concerning to me is that he is misusing this system for personal gain, through his employer. I lodged a complaint with TransUnion with reference number TU021305-10-000641-01. They responded by informing me that they removed this check from my name. I wanted to know where was the consent given for them to release such information. They are just ignoring me and not reverting. The check was done on 29 January 2013 but only came to my attention in court documents during May 2013. I've been struggling eversince.
