Cell C
Credit check done without my consent

Cell C did a credit check on my name on the 4th September WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I called them to find out why this was done and no one could tell me. I was transferred from one department to the other, and in between the transfers i had to hold for a while before getting through to the next person. with that, all I got was "I am not sure, let me put you through to...". I am so annoyed with this!

please can someone just tell my WHY?
