Nashua and Cell C hand-in-hand poor service

Nashua Mobile the service provider forCell C products smilingly recommends them to customers. Nashua however know full well that Cell C DO NOT provide a service. Should you complain often enough they will allow you to roam to Vodacom at not additional cost but only on the GSM network. So basically there is NO NETWORK service available. After many many months of constant complaints and begging for a serviice that works, Nashua informed me that the CEll C network will not be upgraded for over a year.
In December I had to take action as the Cell C network does not offer international roaming (proven in April 2013) or National roaming to any place other than CT, KZN and Orange Free state. I requested to be ported to Vodacom and Nashua support suggested I wait to JANUARY at not cost for my upgrade. I waited with NO covereage in the Darekensburg until January. Only to be told that I cant port now I can only port in March. My cell phone was yesterday. I cant get a new contract unless I continue to use Cell C, which means no Network. Nausha said I signed the contract (although a recommended product by them), IS THIS HOW NASHUA NOW TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
