Rubish service

I reported my adsl line at telkom.. They fixed it and it worked for a hour..When I called them for assistance I must wait for a half an hour, if not longer for someone to assist me... I am paying for something that I cant use. I will not recommend them to anyone.. So now I am going to cancel my internet with them. Wake up and give better service.. you are useless!!!
