Losing money due to TELKOM!!!

I've been reporting that my telkom adsl line does not work since the first week in March 2013, They said something went wrong at the server where I get my signal from&it'll work again within 48 hours. This never happened. I reported it again on the 12th of March 2013 and again on the 13th of March 2013 of which they fixed something remotely and phoned me to say it's fixed now. It worked for less than an hour and it was off again. I reported it again on the 15th of March 2013 to say it's still not working. I did the same on the 17th of March 2013. At some stage they phoned me again and fixed something remotely so it worked again for less then an hour. On the 18th I reported it again. Someone phoned again to say they fixed it. I explained that this remote fixing doesn't work as it only works for less than an hour so he has to come out which someone did came out a few days later only, spent 2 min here and said it was fixed again. It wasn't. On the 21st of March 2013 I escalated the query again. Someone phoned on the 23rd and the line worked. I said it's only going to work for an hr so they had to phone me again at 4 which they didn't-off cause the line was off again. Escalated it aga
