Incompetency on Vodacoms side

Vodacom sent me an sms to report that somebody has requested a sim swop on my number. I DID NOT want a sim swop done and therefore contacted their call centre immediately. I mentioned to the lady that I have been arrased by certain individuals who possibly requested the sim swop. She explained to me they could not block the number which i understood. Non the less she ASSURED me that the sim swop would NOT go ahead as I told her it was NOT my request and was. The very next day WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION the sim swop went ahead after being ASSURED by Vodacom that it would not! I have made endless calls to them to reverse the matter. Now I have to go out of my way to send them information to prove that the phone is mine!! Why must I as the client be inconvinienced when Vodacom messed up??? Seeing as Vodacom messed up should they not reverse the matter without INCONVINIENCING their clients? I am EXTREMELY irritated by their service or LACK there of.
