Incorrect Billing due to Incorrect Info received

I went to Telkom Clearwater Mall to subscribe to a special on the Sumsung Tablet Contract on the 24 Dec 2013. The price was R299 per month. I specifically asked the the sales consultant Mpumi what the costs would be for the 7 days for December and she said a pro rata will be deducted from the R299. She never mentioned that the device fee was R200 and the pro rata will only be on the R99!! I received an account and went to visit Telkom again. I spoke to Mpumi who just shooked her head and had nothing to say. This is unacceptable!!! If I knew I would pay R200 for the device for December I would only have taken the contract out on the 1st of January 2014. The billing statement is also incorrect and they charged me approximately R35 pro rate which indeed should be less than R25 for 7 days. The night surfer does not kick in at 11h00 and downloads are deducted from your normal 2.5G internet and not the 7.5G. When I asked Mpumi about this, she said I must call the technical department. I was in the Telkom store, why did she not call them? This is unacceptable. The product was sold without giving the correct information and the sales consultant does not seemed to be trained.
