Vodacom contract taken February 2013 at Dion Wired. Battery used to die regularly and rebooted at least 3 times a day. Took it in for repairs, they gave me back a refurbished phone because they said my original phone had water damage but the phone had never been in water. We had asked for proof and we never got it. The gentleman at customer services told us it was a brand new phone it just says refurbished because it came from the repair center. Refurbished phone was freezing all the time and it wasn't opening certain applications. Gave the phone in for repairs the second time after a month and they gave me a back the refurbished phone again. Now we have requested for a brand new phone as we are tired of getting refurbished phones. Its been almost a month and we are still waiting. The service at Vodacom is pathetic and very disappointing. They do not to take responsibility.
I would like to cancel the contract if i do not get a new phone.
