Failure to remove Blackberry BIS

Upon upgrading my contract to the iphone talk 120 package from my previous blackberry package on the 01/03/2013, I requested that they remove my Blackberry BIS service as it was obviously no longer needed. Vodacom does not send me regular monthly billing to my mail address, and they debit my bank account with a total bill at the end of the month. As such the only way I can see my invoice is logging on online. I did so today the 28/08/2013, being 6 months into the contract, and noticed that the BIS charge had not been removed as requested. I phoned vodacom today, the lady apologised to me which was great and kindly removed the service, however refused to refund me the 6 months charges of 60 rand a month, saying that there was nothing she could do about that, as such they have left me out of pocket by R360 to date. Surely they should have some logical check for their customers pulling up an obviously contradictory package with an iphone contract and a blackberry service? A phone call would have been nice to ask if it was a mistake and would I like it removed, rather than simply syphoning an extra R60 from my account every month.
