Incompetent agent, indifferent insure

In November 2013 my wife lost her Blackberry. I stopped the SIM, blacklisted the phone and got a case number at the SAPS. Duly armed I went to the same MTN shop in Gape Gate centre to claim on the very insurance I been paying premiums to - only to hear that the insurance contract is basically void.
A very friendly and competent Anel tried to undo the one-liner error created by Juriaan (not working there any more) but after numerous emails and phone calls to 24hourmobility and her own superiors explaining the simple nature of the error (MTN's mistake) our claim has been denied and denied again - and again.
Lesson to the customer: We are actually only in business for the money, service costs us money so we'll ignore it.
To MTN: I'll terminate the contract and take that business away from you.
To 24hourmobility: No more insurance premiums - jay! And now MTN is losing a contract as well.
