Insurance claim denied due to incompetance

When upgraded contract insurance was included. We were not informed of the policies regarding claiming of insurance. Also when my phone lost all information were not presented first time. We had to go in and out the store to due the lack of knowledge of the consultants in store. Nor were both ladies adviced by other consultanants, this shows there is no professionalism in store. Due to this my insurance claim is denied and all contracts my family have with mtn may caused to be cancelled.
