I upgraded my insurance last year June 2013. I was told that the handset does not qualify for the insurance amount and that it will be downgraded to the insure 5000. My phone was and when i enquired, i was told i do not have insurance. I have had this contract for more than 3 years and have always been paying insurance. Upon inquiring about the issue, it was told that the insure 10000 was active on the account but not being deducted due to a network issue.

I contacted Autopage and they told me that my insurance premiums cannot be deducted and back dated. I still have the audacity to ask them to back date the premiums and have it deducted but that is impossible. Now i am sitting without a phone and I require a phone for business purposes.

I upgraded the insurance online and they said it is my fault. Clearly someone did not activate it properly. I am very irate about this.
