Shocking Service after being a client for 8 years

Last week, after about 2 weeks of hourly harassing phone calls, I decided to upgrade. The consultant at Nashua Mobile Somerset Mall told me that the contract would start 1 February 2014, so imagine my surprise when I received a sms on 26 January 2014 telling me that I have migrated. All my airtime, sms's and data was GONE and I was credited with a small random amount of data, sms's and minutes.
I then went to Nashua Mobile to try to sort this out and the consultant said that the data, sms's and minutes was pro-rata!? Which doesn't make sense because of the random amounts I was credited with. He said he would enquire and phone me back - which never happened!
Furthermore, I was supposed to receive my new phone on Friday but because of courier problems, the consultant said it would only be there later on Friday. The next Monday I went there again and my phone STILL hadn't arrived. This means that you are making your problem, MY problem and I am NOT OK with it!
Besides all the trouble this upgrade is giving me, an upgrade that I didn't even WANT, I have been a Nashua Mobile client for about 8 years and this is the thanks I'm getting?
