Selling data packages but can't provide connection

From the 15.01.2013 my internet connection via prepaid (2gig/month for one year) cell-c speedstick had to be reseted every few minutes to send or receive any data until it eventually didn't work at all. On the 20.01. I called the cell-c call center and was told that they would attend to the problem within 7 days. I called then on a Saturday and told them that the problem is still there. The reply was that they don't work on weekends. I asked to be connected to the supervisor Mr Naido who promised to send a technician to solve the problem. The technician came 3 days later, confirmed that there is no reception (it worked for over a year). He said he will go and turn the antenna to improve the situation and return 2 days later to check again. (I presume that's what one of his colleagues did and that's why I ended without reception). He didn't come, but another week later I get a sms telling me that the trouble ticket is closed with the comment that the site is identified for capacity upgrade and nothing further can be done until this has happened. I bought a Vodacom data package (which works) and expect cell-c to pay my money back as they are not able to provide the service they sold.
