Telkom line installations

I applied for voice line and ADSL and was assured it would take approximately 10 working days. On Monday 20 Jan 2014 they called and advised that the installation would be done by the latest the end of that week (by Friday 24 Jan). Still waiting for that call to come over and do the installation!!
