A month ago I locked a complaint that there is an issue with my shop account. When I try log in it says that the user has been deleted and I am not able to create a new user. I was sent a reference number on the 28th of December. Your reference number is MTN REQ:3076120.
Until now I still have not heard anything and I am still unable to login or create a user. Can this please be resolved.
