2 yrs ago, I experienced the exact same thing wit the same store, &its only when I am due for a upgrade I have to bother myself with the bunch on peeps that have no customer ethics. I walk in, wait, although there are available agents, then get called, and starred at, no greetings, I greet, and onl 1 of the 2 agents decide to greet back, no smile no welcome, so request an upgrade, then get told its due next month, afet a lengthy venac conversation. So I ask what deals you have as next month is week away, but get told no-they wont be valid, but I reply that I just need to get a price range check-after much adue I get a brochure. So I ask what is the cost of my current subs, as I can compare and judge my choice vs. my own affordability. And I get told oh no you are on a very old contract so I cant compare.but I didn't ask to compare? Eventually she she gives me the amount. Obviously my package is old i must of been with CellC since 8 yrs!!! Lolat clients like myself should actually get VIP service and not shoddy, I am doing you a favour type of, don't care attitude service. Maybe I should cancel and move on???
