Customer care agents dont know what they are doing

I upgraded in December and cell c didn't put me on the bb10 service plan. The 1st week of January I was using my airtime to browse and for social networking. I called in on Monday to find out Wat the problem is n was told I'm on the wrong plan. So I called again to change it. It seemed like they did not know Wat or how to do this. I asked for the R57 one and I got the R99 one. Then I called back n was told about transactions pending. Plus they didn't cancel the other bis. I have called in over 10 times from Monday.

I am very annoyed and I would like someone who knows what's going on to please contact me and sort this out because I refuse to pay for services that I did not ask for.

Another thing, I would like someone to please go and listen to all the recordings of my calls since Monday. Your agents have no oomph, they sound dead and I could sense there wasn't even a smile on their face while talking to me.
