I was due for upgrade on my contract 18th December 2013, I went to the Vodacom store in Canal Walk, I stood in the Q for about 15 Minutes which I could understand as the store was busy. When my turn came I walk to the counter the Sales consultant "Rosemary" did not even greet.. just "can I Help u" I though that maybe she just had a bad experience with the prev customer but as the conversation when on I Could she in her Body Language that she felt that she doing us a favour by helping us, eventually after taking all this "Poor attitude" from this person, I Was given the contract for me to sign... but I was told that I had to Pay three months subscription as this is a finance deal... which is as I was not taking out a new contract but merely upgrading my existing contract and the more I told her that I upgraded all my other phones and never ever paid a "subscription" fee I know I must pay admin fee for the upgrade and the more I ask her to Explain why, she could not... just telling me the "System" said so and she was getting more aggravated as we were taking. Eventually her supervisor came... well he could not explain either... Does this shop know what Service Is?
