Call Centre Agents Lying

Hi,
I would like to bring to your attention that your outbound call centre agents are currently lying to the people they are phoning and I felt that I had to let you know.
Your call centre agent advised me that he WILL find me a cheaper quote with exactly the same benefits and that the quote will only take 10 minutes.
He asked if he can put me through to a MiWay consultant and I told him that he can, provided that it will only take 10 minutes (it did not, I spent more than 45minutes on the phone)
I also asked him what will happen if he cannot provide me with a cheaper quote and he told me that I should not worry about that because he WILL find me a cheaper quote.
Miway quoted me R800 and something rand, but with double the excess I am currently paying and triple the excess I am currently paying on window claims.
In other words, it is not COMPARE AND SAVE as the quote does not compare. This excess is also standard with MyWay, so I am confused as to how your agent expected to provide me with the same type of excess if this is impossible through MiWay.
I have listed my name on [URL Removed] so not sure why your agents phoned me in the first place.
