Vodacom
Is anybody alive at Vodacom?

I have e-mailed Vodacom on 7, 13 and 26 January 2014 and been given the automated references EC-007F-2xzTGD, EC-008L-IECSa6 and EC-008Y-261UQK all of which advise me the matter will be dealt with within 24 hours! I have yet to receive any communication from Vodacom, and my patience has now worn very thin.
