UNABLE TO CANCEL CONTRACT

I have tried to terminate my 3G Internet contract for days now and no one can help me. I've gone to physical MTN stores and been on the phone. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! My 24month contract ends on February 9th and I do not want it to continue after that date. I have been on hold on the cancellations number for hours (and being billed as I do not have access to an MTN phone to call with) and have not even gotten through to someone who will help me. It is unacceptable that MTN requires a 30day notice period to end a 24month contract when the 24 months are finished - YOU should be calling us to renew the contract, not the other way around. Further, I will refuse to pay any amount after my 24months are up (i.e: 9/02/14) as it is YOUR system which conveniently requires customers to wait for HOURS in order to ensure a contract does not roll over.

DEAL with your people, as this is beyond unacceptable. At the very VERY least implement a system so that YOU can call ME back when your operators are not busy - we are living in the 21st century, no one has time to sit on that useless call system typing in numbers for hours on end.
