Vodacom
I am loosing my patience!!!

Where is my response from Vodacom??? 54 hours is long gone!! on the 2nd December 2013 I received a reply from to say that Vodacom will respond in 54 hours (excl weekends) it is now the 9th of december2013!!!
look at the complaints against Vodacom in the past 60 days! 141, compare it to 2 other cell phone providers complaints 34 & 38.
Please cant Vodacom see they are the biggest loosers, they don't know what they doing, they our internet data, (3Gb in 3 days!!) and they have the odasity to advertise on the radio and tv how awesome they are!! That is!! please we are not, beside from the fact that we stil dealing with this bad company!!
