Not getting what I pay fo

I made a query with Vodacom's Century City branch in November 2013, regarding that my 3G service became unavailable to me for no apparent reason. Despite various attempts on my side to resolve this problem with Vodacom I have to date not had it resolved despite generally dealing with very friendly people. The problem is specified in request reference S3-04U29-9LJQZ . After a painful discussion with Customer Care (082155) on 13 January 2014, I telephoned Mr. Faseeg at the Century City Branch of Vodacom and informed him that I had come to the end of my patience. He informed me that my complaint is being treated as a priority. I responded that the lack of of progress indicated the opposite. I also reiterated that it would be best if our contract was terminated with no-one owing the other anything. In other words to draw a final line of separation. He then promised to investigate the matter again. I agreed to wait not longer than a further 24 hours for a senior person from Vodacom to report back to me. That conversation ended at 17:45 on 13 January 2014. The 24 hour period has expired. Not a word from Vodacom!
